Caitlyn Conlin

Caitlyn Conlin is a Los Angeles based actress, singer, musician, interdisciplinary artist and educator. She received her MFA from California Institute of the Arts and holds a BFA from Arizona State University.

Caitlyn began studying music at an early age and grew up in a highly creative environment influenced by her mother who is an early childhood music specialist. She continues her passion for music through her love of jazz piano, expressive and wide-ranging vocal collaborations, as well as working with eclectic groups of musicians and ensembles that explore the use of storytelling, improvisation, voice, text, and visual imagery through music. Caitlyn also performs with a number critically acclaimed and award winning interdisciplinary theater companies where she actively fuses and integrates both her musical and theatrical talents. Her work has been performed at notable venues including REDCAT, South Coast Rep, International Radar LA Festival, LATC, Bootleg Theater, as well as toured internationally in London, Scotland and China.

As a music and arts educator Caitlyn finds great joy in creating environments where students are inspired to explore and discover the rich possibilities of their unique artistic expression and imagination.
