Jaron Crespi

Jaron Crespi is a pianist, producer, songwriter, and teacher based in Los Angeles. He began studying the piano at age nine, then picked up the guitar at age thirteen and has been writing songs ever since. He studied jazz guitar at The New School for Jazz and Contemporary music in New York City before transferring to California Institute of the Arts where he would receive his BFA in jazz piano.

While at CalArts Jaron created and composed music for large-scale, interdisciplinary artistic performances in which he incorporated the talents of dancers, play-writes, set designers, filmmakers, and fine artists. Jaron is currently involved in the LA music scene as a producer and songwriter, collaborating with various artists and exploring a wide stylistic range.
